HOME PRODUCTS FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

• Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours, unless the items in your order are out of stock.

• Flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to orders shipping to Canada, using Canada Post. Delivery standard is 3 -7 business days.

• Flat rate shipping fee of $20 to US, using USPS. Dlivery standard is 5 -7 business days.

• Free shipping on orders over $110 in Canada, and on orders over $180 for US (exclusive of taxes and discount).

• We do not guarantee the delivery time. The courier in Canada is Canada Post, and the courier in the United States is USPS. All packages do not need to be signed for delivery. Please track the delivery information of the package in time.

• All parcels will be provided with the tracking number to check the delivery information, but we do not take responsibility for shipping delays, lost, stolen or damaged packages caused by weather conditions, local delivery errors or delays while crossing international borders.​

LOCAL DELIVERY

• During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within Great Toronto Area. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

• Orders placed before 11am will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day.

• When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email of notifycation.

• Shipped back during one cleaning process period (1-2 weeks)

• Free shipping on service ever $110 in GTA area (exclusive of taxes and discount).

• Canada Great Toronto Area area shipping only.

• Local delivery, contact customer service by email or Wechat to process shipping.

• When your items are finished clean service and ready for delivery, you will receive an email or message of notifycation.
